Thank you for shopping with us! Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping process.

We use PUDO (by The Courier Guy) as our trusted delivery partner for all orders within South Africa.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Orders are delivered within 4 - 7 business days (depending on location).
Please note that rural or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Please ensure that the courier, kiosk, or locker you choose is convenient and close to your area.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a PUDO tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your parcel on the PUDO website.

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
PUDO requires the correct cellphone number for delivery notifications.
If a parcel is not collected within the required time frame, it will be returned to us. Re-delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
The responsibility to collect the package rests at all times with the recipient (customer). The recipient has 48 hours following a notification to collect the parcel at the destination locker using their unique PIN code. Failure to do so will result in the package being returned to the nearest TCGSA depot and full redelivery fees will be applicable.
